Project: Sori Ramen - Berlin
Client: Soriasha Ramen
Theme: Interior and furniture design
Designed with an essentialist approach, the SORI interiors are defined by stained birch and a clear principle of mono-materiality, enabling efficient use of resources while creating a calm, cohesive atmosphere.
The space draws on Japanese spatial sensibilities and the fundamental character of a ramen restaurant — warm, focused, and unpretentious.
Furniture elements were developed for production efficiency: stools and chairs share the same structural base, differing only by the addition of a backrest.
